Terms of Service

MyCarts is operated by Luiza Asyamova as a sole operator. Contact: luiza.asyamova@gmail.com.

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use MyCarts. Provide accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy. Permanent deletion happens after a 30-day grace period.

You retain ownership of your wishlist content (titles, descriptions, product URLs, images you upload, comments). By posting public content you grant MyCarts a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and share it for the purpose of operating the service.

You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to share what you post. Don't upload other people's copyrighted material, brand logos, or personal photos without permission. Auto-fetched product images come from third-party retailers' public Open Graph metadata — if a rights-holder objects, see our Copyright & Takedown process.

You agree not to:

• Use MyCarts for anything illegal, harmful, deceptive, or harassing.
• Try to break, abuse, scrape, or overload the service.
• Post content that is hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes another person's rights.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Where reasonable, we'll let you know first.

Wishlists contain links to third-party retailers. We don't control or endorse those sites; the prices, availability, and descriptions are theirs, not ours. Any purchase you make is between you and that retailer.

We try to keep MyCarts available 24/7 but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may release updates, fix bugs, and occasionally take the service offline for maintenance. We are not liable for downtime.

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy form part of these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyCarts is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We won't be liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or missed opportunities. Nothing here limits liability for things that cannot be limited by law (e.g. gross negligence, fraud).

We may update these terms. If we make material changes we'll notify you by email or in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by English law for users in the UK, by Irish law for users in the EU/EEA, and by the laws of the State of California for users in the United States. Other users may rely on whichever framework gives them the strongest protection.
